The Keepos private residence is located in the Tarsanas neighborhood in Kokkari. It is a quiet picturesque neighborhood, for this reason respect for common quiet hours is a condition for your stay at Keepos.
The restaurants, bars, mini markets and shops of the village are within walking distance from the house.
The house is not suitable to accommodate people with disabilities or mobility problems.
Children must be supervised by an adult.
Prices do not include the overnight stay tax: 0.5 euro per night.
Terms and Conditions
- Pets are not allowed.
- Park bed for children can be provided by prior arrangement.
- Extra beds are not provided.
- The interior of the house is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only at the exterior spaces of the property.
- Quiet hours 15:00-17:30 and 23:30-8:00
- It is not allowed hosting parties

Cancellation Policy
In the case of cancellation:
- 22 days or more prior to the arrival, the prepayment is returned in full to the client/visitor (bank transfer expenses are paid by the client/visitor)
- 14 to 21 days prior to the arrival, 50% of the prepayment is returned to the client/visitor (any bank transfer expenses are paid by the client/visitor)
- 1 to 13 days prior to the arrival, none of the prepayment is returned to the client/visitor.
- Departure prior to the scheduled date, 50% of the remainder of the stay
Reservation policy
In order to confirm a reservation, deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay is required.
